Contest Rules

How to Enter:

	No purchase necessary to enter or win.
	To enter, find the Secret Cash Word (SCW) hidden on our site and enter it in the Monthly Cash Giveaway Contest form.
	The Secret Cash Word (SCW) will be identified by having a "SCW" precede and follow it on our site, for example it may look like: "SCW Debt SCW", "(SCW) Debt (SCW)" or some other unique representation.
	The Secret Cash Word may change from month to month, so be sure to locate the correct word each month!

	Your privacy is very important to us!
	You have our unconditional guarantee that:
	Your email address (and personal information) will only be used for the Monthly Cash Giveaway contest entry notifications and winnings.
	You will never receive SPAM from us!
	We will not share / sell your information with anyone.

Official Rules - Monthly Cash Giveaway Contest

	Contest is open to all United States residents over the age of 18, who reside within the Continental United States (and provide their ZIP code to verify the residency requirement).
	Contest is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, and is not available in areas or localities where such contests are prohibited or regulated.
	Only one entry per person per month will be honored.
	You must correctly identify the Secret Cash Word to win.
	To eliminate cheating, duplicate entries will be voided and not honored.
	No purchase necessary to enter or win.
	A winner will be selected on the 1st of each month based on entries during the preceding month.
	Winner selections will be randomly made from all valid entries.
	Winners of the Monthly Cash Giveaway will be notified through email only, and will have to provide a valid mailing address within the Continental United States for us to mail the prize. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected email.
	Only one Monthly Cash Giveaway winner per mailing address; winners can only win ONE prize each.
	Prizes will be in the form of United States Money Orders payable to winners name.
	Prizes will be mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS) within four weeks of validation, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected mail.
	Contest may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
	Unclaimed prizes will be held for 7 days only.

TIP: If you do fall behind on your monthly payments, contact your creditors and explain the situation to them, they may be willing to work out a payment plan for you. Consider adding a note to your credit report describing your hardship. Contact the credit reporting agencies to do this.
